#TOOCOOLTUESDAY! ANOTHER PCAS FB MILESTONE 🙂 . . .. Less than a month ago, we were marking our last #facebook #milestone..now here we are, and you've done it again!

AS EVER, I want to thank you for making your #PeterCushing #facebook page such a success. It does prove that every comment, like and share, DOES make all difference. It's very good to hear and see Peter Cushing mentioned almost every day in mainstream media, on tv, print media and the net. Let's all continue to do our bit, and keep him there 😉 Someone asked me on the weekend, do you ever run dry on things to post, to write? When I first thought about the possibility of bringing #PCAS to Facebook and a website domain back in 2010, it did cross my mind, that 'running dry' maybe a possibility . . . well, I am still waiting... 🙂 Again, MANY thanks. #TOOCOOLTUESDAY! At the San Diego International Comic-Con 2017, interviewed along side, #StevenMoffat and #MarkGatiss, #PeterCapaldi reveals his all-time favorite DRACULA film . . .with talk of a Gatiss / Moffat DRACULA production in the  next two years, lets hope the guys have been taking notes, from Capaldi's pick of the bunch...!

#TOOCOOLTUESDAY: #PeterCushing returns once again to fight the Lord Of The Undead, Count Dracula, #ChristopherLee in this trippy feature from #Hammerfilms. At the time of the film's release, he hip talk and fashion was already out of date by the time the film was released, but over the past ten years the film has at last found a following. We have pushed and pushed this film at #PCAS at every opportunity, since we arrived on the web in 2010... it's great to finally see this film, getting some #LOVE!

#MOREMONSTERMONDAY: ROGUE ONE COMES TO NETFLIX

#MONSTERMONDAY: If you didn't get the chance to catch #ROGUEONE at the flicks, but you do subscribe to #NETFLIX you might want to take a first, second or third (?) look at #ROGUEONE which has recently been added to their feature film menu! Like with the blu ray and the dvd, the #TARKIN CGI somehow looks a little smoother? If you get the time to watch. I'd love to hear your opinion on this... - Marcus

#MONSTERMONDAY: SOMEONE IS TAKING MORE THAN PAPER-CLIPS AND BLU TAK FROM THE STATIONARY CUPBOARD!

#MONSTERMONDAY: This really isn't what you would expect upon hanging a door you just bought from #B&Q or #HomeDepot! But then...it was no ordinary store or door. If you are foolish enough to try and cheat Peter Cushing's shop proprietor in Amicus films, #FromBeyondtheGrave...you only have yourself to blame, when beyond said door, the harmless pens and paper-clips are replaced by a mysterious room, with one very angry inhabitant, who wants to steal YOUR WIFE! For those of you who haven't yet had the pleasure of viewing the film, I'll stop there. For those who HAVE? What's your say? Sir Michael Sinclair, harmless cupboard ghost with squatters rights..or MONSTER???

I HAVE BEEN KNOWN at get-togethers when watching this film and this scene in particular, to prattle on endlessly about the quality of the cinematography and lighting in this scene.... quite superb!

IT WASN'T UNTIL quite recently I discovered that the actor playing Sir Michael is in fact, Jack Watson, of Babe fame ! Mainly a UK television-film actor, but a fine one, who has down the years kept my nephews and nieces entertained with his sheep herding trotter! Jack sadly left us in 1999 aged 84.
