Yes, under the gold face paint, the big hat AND the long silver wig, is Peter as Raan in the 1970's moon-based TV series, #Space1999 in an episode called 'The Missing Link' broadcast on Jan 22, 1976. He is obviously having a good time, taking a break on set with Martin Landau and Joanna Dunham.
