Star Wars- Grand Moff Tarkin - Peter Cushing's 12ins action figure from 'Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope', 1977 with the slippers for the action figure made by the props/costume department and the slippers worn on set by Peter Cushing during filming.

Note: During filming Peter Cushing found the knee-high boots worn by his character, Grand Moff Tarkin, very uncomfortable. He asked whether it would be permitted for him to wear slippers and for filming to be arranged so that the slippers were not visible. This became a running joke and Cushing was presented with the action figure complete with slippers after filming was completed.
