A RARE and #GREAT on set photograph of #PeterCushing being attended to by uncredited wardrobe assistant, Pat Hitchcock during the making of 'Alexander the Great' (1956). It's a film for which neither the impressive cast, star #RichardBurton, Peter Cushing or Clare Bloom gets much loving. . . .
BUT look at those thighs, Cushing was every inch a General
Memnon, to be reckoned with. Peter's wife, Helen came along on location
in Spain and PC armed himself off camera as well as on, with his
watercolour kit, for dull days, of which sadly, there appears to have
